We are responsible stewards of the land and environment practicing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) where monitoring weather, pest threshholds and levels of natural predators are paramount to our mangement decisions.

Frankie's Favorites

We have three types of scumptious oatmeal cookies; oatmeal raisin, peanut butter chocolate chip, and dark chocolate with pecans. We have a delicious VEGAN banana bread, made with flaxseed and walnuts. We are also featuring a "new" cinnamon pecan coffee cake. Rising Sun Coffee Roaster is a small family coffee roaster located in Telford, Montgomery County. We offer a wide variety of coffees packaged in 8 oz. and 2 oz. bags. Bauders

We have a small family farm in Skippack, PA where we grow a wide variety of vegetables (including Asian and Korean), herbs, and flowers. We will also grow specialty vegetables if given adequate notice. We keep our own bees and usually have honey year round. We have homemade jams, jellies, soups, soaps, and hand painted gourds. Wild for Salmon

Wild for Salmon is a local business that makes fresh/frozen wild Alaskan sockeye salmon available to you at a common good price. Because we are the fishermen and we are local, we are able to provide you with the highest quality, flash/frozen, Alaskan sockeye available.  The fishing season lasts approximately 5-7 weeks in June and July. Steve is the skipper of our 32’ boat, while Jenn, the first mate, and two other PA guys, Luke and Andy, are deckhands. While on the boat, we listen to the satellite radio to hear the official fishing periods. As we catch the salmon they are kept in refrigerated holds, making sure the quality is preserved. Every 10 hours we offload our fish onto a larger crab boat which takes the fish in for processing. It is quickly filleted, flash frozen, and vacuum sealed to capture the “direct from the boat” flavor. Wild for Salmon will be at the market selected Sunday when we return from fishing in Alaska. www.wildforsalmon.com
